Hi there! I'm Monica.

I've called Calgary home since 2006, but I'm a small-town girl at heart. I grew up in Vegreville, moved to Edmonton for college, lived in Southern California and eventually put down roots here in Calgary.

My path into real estate wasn't exactly a straight line, which I think is one of my strengths. My background is in marketing, graphic design and home staging, along with many years working with people in customer service. I've always loved homes, design and getting to know people, so real estate ended up being a pretty natural fit!

My staging and design background also means I tend to notice things other people might miss. When you're selling, I can help you look at your home through a buyer's eyes and figure out how to showcase it at its best. When you're buying, I'm looking beyond the pretty finishes and helping you think about how a home will actually work for you.

Most importantly, I'm a people person. I want my clients to feel comfortable asking questions, telling me when they're unsure about something or saying, "I have no idea what I'm doing!" That's completely okay. You don't need to know everything about real estate, that's what I'm here for!

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me spending time with my family and friends, sitting on a patio, grabbing a chai latte at a local coffee shop, working out at the local YMCA, playing pickleball or checking out a local market or festival.
