Buying a home is exciting, but there's a lot to think about, especially if it's your first time. You don't have to figure it all out on your own. We'll start with what feels comfortable and take it from there!

From our first conversation through negotiations and possession day, I'll be there to answer your questions and guide you through each step.

I'll help you understand what's happening in the market, narrow down what you're looking for, and find homes that fit both your needs and your budget. When we find one you love, I'll help you look beyond the surface, understand the property's value, and decide what makes sense before making an offer.

From Offer to Possession Day

Finding the home is only part of the process. When you're ready to make an offer, I'll walk you through the contract, explain your options and help you put together an offer you're comfortable with. Once it's accepted, I'll help keep track of important dates and next steps from financing, the home inspection to conditions, paperwork and your pre-possession walk-through. When possession day finally arrives, you get the keys. That's the fun part!

Finding The Right Home For You

Once you've been pre-approved and we know your comfortable price range, we'll talk about what matters most to you: location, type of home, must-haves, nice-to-haves and the things you're willing to compromise on. I'll set up a personalize MLS® search so you'll see new listings that match what you're looking for, and we'll adjust it as we learn more about what you like (and what you definitely don't!).

When a property catches your eye, we'll take a closer look together. I'll help you
consider the home itself, the neighbourhood, recent comparable sales and other factors
 that can affect its value so you can make an informed decision.
